The increasing salinization of agricultural soils urges us to find alternative and sustainable farming systems in order allow the exploitation areas that are otherwise becoming less suitable for conventional crops. Thanks their adaptation extreme saline conditions, halophytes promising plants resilient systems, such as intercropping with glycophytes, ameliorate productivity soils. This research aimed evaluate whether nutritional profile content some health-promoting compounds edible portion Salicornia europaea were influenced by its cultivation consociation tomato plants.
